Vertical Blind Headrail System to be

Pacer Glide®, consisting of Anodised or Powder coated Aluminium Headrail. The headrail must not exceed 25mm in depth and 45mm at the widest rounded edge. Wheeled runners to be fitted with plastic or metal links, fully self-aligning, driven indirectly by the tilt rod geared by the end cap. Runner rotations must be at least through 190° degrees to close vanes completely, and must have the clear J-hook-type pinion. This pinion must be capable of being removed from the runner housing without having to dismantle the headrail. The runner rotation and traverse to be controlled by either a tilt wand or a cord and chain mechanism. Pacer Glide® low profile slat holders to be used to minimize the gap between the top of the vane and the bottom of the headrail to no more than 7mm. The end caps must have cover plates so that none of the mechanism and gearing is visible.

 

Headrail Assembly

Our system uses the wheeled J-Hook carrier with removable truck from the side of the carrier cutting down on maintenance time
